Still don’t have one of the batteries and it’s been over 2 months

Haven’t gotten to use it yet. Incompetence has been displayed during the delivery of my product. The courier broke my battery and wouldn’t deliver it. Freak sports still haven’t sorted the issue out even though I’ve been patient and helpful during this process. Not at all happy.
