Placing your order?
To shop with the Freak Sports online store you will need to create an account and become a member with us before you are able to complete your purchase. If you do not have an account, you can easily join Freak Sports by clicking here and following the prompts or it’s simply created for you during the checkout process.
Once you have logged in, click SHOP to start browsing through our full range of products and latest gear. If you don’t want to browse through pages of products you can narrow your search by selecting one of the product categories or type your search into the search pane. Once you have found what you are looking for, you can either add to cart by clicking the cart logo or simply click on the product you like, choose your preference package, size or colour and add to your cart! You can then choose to keep shopping or checkout.
When you have added everything you want to purchase to your cart, click CHECKOUT to choose your preferred shipping option and complete your purchase. If you have any issues with ordering, contact our customer service team for help!
Product information is provided for each product under the Description and/or Specifications tab on each product page. If you have any further questions about a product, you can email us through the product enquiry tab located on each product or thought Contact Us page on our website (located in the top right hand corner of any page) and Freak Sports sales team will be happy to answer any of your questions.
If you find a product is out of stock, it is very likely we will have it again shortly unless we are discontinuing that product! To be notified when we have more stock available, simply go to that products and join waiting list to receive updates for your desired product by creating an account if you don’t have one already clicking on Join Waiting List on the product page.
Pre order products are popular items which we will offer at discount prices if they are purchased during our production runs. When you pre-order a product from Freak Sports Australia, it is reserved exclusively for you and order is placed with the manufacturer or designer. Your order must be paid in full up front so your item can be put into production.
Any product with the dispatch date more than two weeks is considered a pre-order.
Returns are not applicable on pre-ordered items. However if you need to exchange for a different item or colour, and we have the stock, we would be ore then happy to make an exchange.

We dare to be different, and we want you to be FREAK(in) happy with your new purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price within 60 days of the order date, provided that the product comes back to us in its original condition, no questions asked. Shipping charges may apply.
IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER
Once you have placed your order with our Freak Sports online store you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your order invoice. If any details are incorrect or you are not sure about the status of your order please contact our customer service team immediately.
Pick up is available almost immediately after your funds have cleared and your order is marked as processing. All pickups are from our store Unit 1/61 Boyland Avenue, Coopers Plains during our hours of operation, no need for appointments. We are open weekdays 9 am to 5 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 3 pm, Sundays we are closed.
If your order is marked as on-hold this means we are still waiting for your EFT to be cleared into our account.
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped and completed, our system will generate an invoice which will be sent to your provided email address along with shipment tracking details.
For the purchase of pre-orders, no refund for change of mind or incorrect size/colour chosen. No cancellation after payment is made. Exchange or store credit may be offered and is subject to availability of stock.
Yes, we will generally dispatch your order within two business days. If you need to make changes to your order, please call our sales team as soon as possible and we will be more then happy to amend your order.
Once your order has successfully been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This will contain information on the shipping time for each item on your order. We will generally dispatch your order within two business days depending on the shipping service selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment email stating your address, what you have ordered, your tracking number and the link for you to track your order.
The dispatch times for goods to be shipped will depend on the postal service you requested. For more information on the postal services we offer, please see our Shipping and Freight page.
Delivery times vary depending on the product you have ordered, shipping method you have chosen and your delivery address. Deliveries typically occur within:
– 2-5 days to Metro areas.
– 5-7 days to rurals.
– up to 14 days to WA, TAS, and NT.
From past experiences, delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
All your orders made with the online store are listed in your VIP account under My Account. The order status will automatically change to COMPLETE once your order has been dispatched. However, this does not reflect the delivery status. If you have any queries in regards to tracking your order please contact the courier company directly or our friendly customer service team.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the carrier including tracking number if available.
