We are proud to be one of the kayak and paddle store in Australia to offer Australia wide free shipping on all orders over $99, but some basic rules do apply. We literally ship everywhere, even if you see the postman once in a blue moon. We use Australia Post standard and express eParcels for most of our shipping of small parcel items.

FREE Standard Delivery – eParcel

We offer Australia wide Free Delivery for orders of $99 or more for all smaller and non-bulky items. Please note that Free Delivery does not apply for large items and kayaks. These items are covered by our kayak delivery available on the checkout and click and collect services applicable to Brisbane & Surrounding Regions. You will be advised on the product page if the item qualifies for free shipping.

Express Delivery

Our Express delivery service is also available for in-stock items that are ordered and will be shipped out within 2 business days to over 80% of Australian addresses and Post Office boxes. For specific delivery times to your destination, please check the Dispatch and Delivery time’s section below. Please note that current delivery estimates have been pushed out due to Corona Virus impact.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT ON ALL KAYAKS

Click & Collect is available from our Coopers Plains warehouse in Brisbane on all ordered products.

If you believe that the freight cost provided during the checkout process to your area is unreasonable, please get in touch with us to see if we can find the best possible freight option.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Place a Click & Collect order online and choose a depot to pick up your order from. When collecting your order from our store, please note the following:

• If possible we would appreciate collection between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm weekdays. If you need to confirm a time outside of this time window, please contact us
• If you have received an email confirmation, please print and bring this email with you to hand to the depot staff so that they may locate your order promptly.

We are proud to introduce and offer our latest unbeatable kayak delivery prices. We have worked hard to put together a Home Delivery Plus service to selected Metropolitan areas in the South East QLD region as well as a Click and Collect service for other selected Metro Areas in NSW and VIC. We use a variety of freight companies for all of our bulky goods to provide the best value for money delivery.

Home Delivery Plus

Our home delivery plus service is available for all kayak and bulky goods orders placed via our website or in store. Please note this service may not be free to your area and prices do vary with kayak size and your location. For accurate freight cost to your location, please add item to cart and update your postcode and suburb.

Click & Collect

We offer FREE Click & Collect to our Brisbane customers for all orders. Collection of goods is available between Monday and Friday during our hours of operation. .
