Great pfd. Out of the way until you need it

You will forget you are wearing it. Does not restrict arm movements or block sweat on back or chest while stowed. Have only tested it inflated on land but should be fine in the water. Best to practice the procedure to wear, unlock gas and inflate before you fall off. Can inflate by mouth so gas is optional too. Would be improved by a strobe

I found the Sea to Summit Resolve Waist Belt Inflatable PFD comfortable and unrestrictive to wear while paddling on my SUP. Knowing that I had a PFD at my fingertips if needed was very reassuring.
