4″ YakGear Hatch and Storage Bag Kit

Hatch installation is no longer only for the purpose of adding additional storage with a cat bag. In fact, most kayakers are beginning to install hatches with the sole purpose of gaining inside access for unrelated rigging projects within an arm’s length of the hatch. This 4-inch hatch will need about 6 inches of flat space. As always, this complete kit comes with all stainless steel installation hardware, installation instructions, and rigging tips from YakGear. Waterproof silicone recommended, but not included.
